In this type of contract, it is possible to terminate the contract every year, letting the owner know 30 days before the end of the contract.

SEASONAL RENTAL CONTRACT

Regulated by the Law of Urban Rentals 29/1994. This type of contract is for school season, summer or work transfer. It does not offer complementary hotel and catering services. Nor can the property be promoted on digital tourist rental channels.

The difference between this type of contract and the tourist rental contract between owners is that no services such as changing sheets, cleaning or room service will be offered.

TOURIST RENTAL CONTRACT

This type of contract is regulated by the legislation of each Autonomous Community. They are short or medium term rentals of a property in exchange for a price and for holiday purposes.

To be considered as a rental for tourist use, the services that each Autonomous Community has established must be provided.
